Summer School The Edutect, 29th of August – 9th of September 2022

The Summer School “In-Between Homes” will focus on codesigning in a participatory approach common spaces in the Naujininkai Refugees Campus in Vilnius. The teaching will consist in offering a theoretical methodological frame to the students – how to work in an inclusive and participatory way with the final users. The second important milestone will be the mapping, including a combination of standard architectural survey methods, with the more abstract behavioral mapping of spaces and urban situations. Finally, the teaching contribution will focus on supporting the design, critically facilitating the proposals by the students for the creation of inclusive and welcoming common spaces for the refugee’s in-between home.
